Dear Operators: Growth Shouldn’t Break What You Built.

Three years ago, Emre and I decided to build a company together. We met as freshmen at Yale and became close friends. After graduation, our careers took opposite paths — Emre went deep into machine learning, while I built mine in real estate. Nearly a decade later, those worlds converged.
AI had reached an inflection point. For the first time, we could imagine technology that didn't just make software better — it could actually do the work. The question wasn't whether AI could help real estate operators. It was whether it could run their operation the way they'd designed it, without asking them to change a thing.
That felt like the right problem.
Why we started Uniti
The best real estate operators build extraordinary businesses. They obsess over the details. They create playbooks, standards, and customer experiences that set them apart.
Then they grow. And that's when the operation starts fighting back.
I spend a lot of time walking properties with operators. One thing I’ve noticed is how often our conversations get interrupted. The phone rings. A staff member has a question. A resident needs help. A vendor shows up. Then it happens again five minutes later.
These are often some of the best operators in the industry. They’ve built exceptional businesses. But they’re managing dozens—or hundreds—of properties, and the operational load grows with every new location.
The systems and teams that worked at 10 properties start to strain at 50. Conversations slip through the cracks. Managers can’t be everywhere at once. Leaders spend more time making sure the operation is running the way they intended than thinking about where to grow next.
For a long time, that was simply accepted as the cost of scaling.
We didn’t think it had to be.
What we built
Uniti is the agentic AI platform for real estate operators. Our AI agents work across voice, SMS, email, and chat, integrating with the property management systems and CRM platforms operators already use to execute the operational playbooks they’ve spent years refining.
Every operator has a different way of qualifying leads, following up with prospects, handling resident requests, collecting payments, or resolving issues. We don’t ask them to change those workflows. We learn them and execute them consistently, 24/7, across every property.
Our belief is simple: operators should define the playbook. AI should execute it.
When the repetitive work runs itself, teams get back to the work only people can do - building relationships, solving exceptions, and creating the experiences that set great operators apart.

What operators are seeing
Today, Uniti supports operators across thousands of properties and hundreds of thousands of customer conversations every month.
The results have exceeded even our expectations.
Operators are seeing 214% ROI in manufactured housing. Lead-to-tour conversion has tripled in senior living. In self-storage, 82% of rentals are now completed without human involvement. At Storage King USA, every inbound call is handled by Uniti, allowing onsite teams to focus on the work that creates the most value.
The metric I’m proudest of, though, isn’t growth or automation.
It’s trust.
Ninety-four percent of operators who deploy Uniti choose to stay. In an industry built on long-term relationships, we’ve tried to earn that trust one customer, one property, and one conversation at a time.
Why now
Today, we're announcing a $12M Series A led by Pathlight, with Mahdi Raza joining our board.
This funding gives us the resources to move faster.
We’ll continue investing in the team, accelerating the platform, and bringing Uniti to more operators around the world.
From the beginning, our belief has been simple: growth shouldn’t force operators to compromise on the standards that made them successful. AI should make great operations more scalable, not more complicated.
Building this company with Emre has been one of the great privileges of my life. None of this would be possible without an incredible team, customers who trusted us long before AI was mainstream, partners who helped us integrate into the industry, and investors who believed in our vision.
Thank you for believing in what we’re building.
We’re just getting started.
