Built by People Who've Lived the Problem

Uniti was founded by Fran and Emre, friends who met as freshmen at Yale. Fran spent his career in real estate, watching great operators build something that worked, then watching the operation start fighting back the moment they scaled past what one team could hold together. Emre spent his in machine learning, waiting for AI to reach the point where it could actually do the work.

That's the company they built. Uniti doesn't ask operators to change how they run their business. It learns the playbook already in place, plugs into the systems already running, and executes with a consistency that holds whether an operator has ten properties or two hundred. The operator stays in control. Uniti just built the engine.
